Let the Sketching Begin!

In the summer, in the South, it was HOT. Even through the heat, we spent most of the time outdoors. We did a lot of swimming! We also had endless picnics and cookouts with lots of watermelon and peaches and blueberries. And homemade ice cream! Homemade ice cream took forever to make, but tasted unbelievably better than store- bought and was well worth the wait.

I *don't* remember sitting still very much! I'm still not very good at being still or sitting.

I've always felt comfortable wearing dresses and my mom is an amazing seamstress, so I always had adorable sundresses. Here's a basic drawing (of course with the cat), then I did a sketches of different poses.
